| Introduction

Excilon waterborne inorganic ceramic coating is formed by sol-gel method with inorganic sol as film forming material, inorganic pigment and functional inorganic material. It has the functions of environmental and sustainable, formaldehyde elimination, air purification and odorless, soft color, fire and flame retardant, durable and wear-resistant, waterproof and mildew proof, also included excellent weather resistance, pollution resistance, acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, the products are widely used in different kind of architectural fields.

Excilon water-based ceramic coating can be coated on aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, calcium silicate plate, cement base, mortar base, stone base, putty, etc. Excilon has applied the technologies to the interior and exterior wall coating, basement wall, tunnel anti-collision wall, isolation guardrail , viaduct though the experiences from the research and development of Olympic torch coating, cooking utensil coating, fire cover stove coating, porcelain coating and other neighbor industries, it is applied to the interior and exterior wall coating, basement wall, tunnel anti-collision wall, isolation guardrail , viaduct, etc.

Air purification

Excilon ceramic coating has excellent air permeability and adsorption performance, which can effectively absorb free formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful substances in the air, and decompose to purify the indoor air. It can control the harmful substances volatilized from the source, it can eliminate the bacterial and virus in the air, both the anti-bacterial and anti-virus rate are more than 99.99%.

Waterproof and mildew proof

The nano inorganic gel in Excilon ceramic coating has excellent water resistance. It can effectively prevent water invasion, and also has breathability. It is known as "breathing ceramic coating". Due to the material is a natural inorganic material, it has a good anti mold effect which can effectively prevent the growth of mold without adding bactericide and anti-mold agent during the process of storage and use.

Soft color

Excilon ceramic coating has varieties of natural and soft color. The reflected light on the wall is soft which will prevent visual fatigue and protect the vision of family and children. The high-quality pigments used in Excilon ceramic coating are mostly used in the special pigments for handed down paintings. The colors are durable and not easy to fade.

Fireproof

Excilon ceramic coating is composed of natural inorganic materials, it is non-combustible without harmful gas and smoke release under high temperature. In the field of fire resistance and high temperature resistance, Excilon ® has been working hard. The application of torch coating for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games has given Excilon the confidence to compete for the leading position in the global ceramic coating industry.

Anti-stain

The inorganic homogeneous coating formed by curing is not easy to generate static electricity, thus both dust and stain are not easy to attach on the wall, it remains new after frequent scrubbing.

Abrasion resistance

Excilon ceramic coating has a long service life, high strength and hardness, excellent impact resistance, it can withstand more than 100000 times of washing test. The outstanding weather resistance of the coating will not cause blistering, cracking, peeling and powder dropping after the cyclic climate changes such as high temperature exposure, rain soaking, snow water freezing and thawing.

| Product coating process

Substrate treatment→（Puttying→Polishing）→stain and dust clean		First coating→surface dry→second coating→surface dry→maintaining
Coating stiring→filtering

Stain and dust clean：Remove the sand and dust on the surface, expose the pores of the base material, and ensure that the surface of the base material is clean and free of oil or other foreign matters.

Stirring and filtering：Before use, the coating needs to be vibrated or stirred to make all the precipitates evenly distributed, and then filtered with a filter cloth of 100 or above mesh, so as to achieve the best aesthetic effect.

Putty：In the process of construction, please use putty with good sealing, water resistance and high strength, or use the matching putty of our company's recommended brand to achieve the best construction effect.

Coat：Avoiding construction at substrate temperature lower than 5℃,humidity higher than 85%.

Maintaining：After construction, the surface shall be dry for 0.5 hours, solid dry for 1 day, and maintain for 7-10 days (the surface dry, solid dry and maintenance time will change with the ambient temperature and humidity).
