I have always pursued a sentence: Be yourself and influence others. To achieve a career, a person must learn to cultivate himself. Of course, everyone has a different method of cultivating himself. Some people like to go to the temple for meditation. The method I personally use is three good ones.

I personally think that what determines the difference between people is not from not knowing to knowing, but from knowing to doing. We all know a lot of reasons, but few people do it. Like the three provinces of the ancients, I believe most people have heard of it, but how many people did it?

The ancients had a lot of wisdom and we could n’t land. I think the main reason is that the ancients did n’t tell us how to land. For example, think twice and think about it, and I have three provinces, but they are all lost because there is no specific and clear content. Another example is the current code of primary school students, who want to love the motherland, what should be done to love the motherland? We Chinese people tend to like macros and are afraid of missing a lot of content because of materialization, but it is precisely because they are too macro that people are at a loss.

I am an entrepreneur. Consumers must feel the existence of the enterprise through the behavior of the enterprise, so we must take action to create value in order to pay for the market. In the process of starting a business, I am a practitioner first, so I must find a way to land. In order to cultivate myself, I decided to practice my three provinces in Japan. The method of landing was three good and one change, that is, every morning I reflected on the three things that I was satisfied with yesterday, something that needed improvement and improvement. Why is it three-to-one? Because most of our Chinese people have an inferiority complex, through three good and one changes, we adopt a method that encourages more than self-criticism, dig out our own room for improvement, and form the habit of our three provinces.

With my perseverance, there are now at least a hundred people in my circle of friends who have also started to stick to the habit of changing three things and one thing. My purpose is by no means to "desir", but to play the role of "demonstration", and I will be satisfied.
