On January 17, 2017, Yicilong's 2016 internal new product launch conference was grandly held. All employees of Yicilong witnessed this important moment together.

Two products were released at the conference: excilon® high-temperature anticorrosive coating and excilon® cement-based ceramic coating.

excilon® high temperature anticorrosive coating

1. This is a new generation of waterborne ceramic coating of Yicilong Company. The product adopts the double-layer design of ceramic zinc-rich primer and ceramic surface layer. Heat resistance, corrosion resistance and rust resistance.

2. Application areas of the product:

This product is suitable for the field of high temperature anti-corrosion. It is recommended for burners, heaters, exhaust pipes of various vehicles, mufflers, engine heat exchangers, high-temperature steam pipes, etc.

excilon® cement-based special ceramic coating

This product is a new generation of water-based inorganic ceramic coating developed by Yicilong based on traditional cement substrates. This product uses the sol-gel method and uses nano-inorganic sol as a binder, combined with inorganic high-temperature resistant pigments and functional inorganic fillers. It can be made at room temperature and cured at room temperature.

The product is a single-component product, which can realize various construction methods such as spraying, roller coating, and brush coating. The coating has excellent water and alkali resistance, good stain resistance, non-combustible and smoke-free, and excellent weather resistance.
