On March 31, the annual report of "Xinhua-Pufa Development Delta Small and Micro Enterprise Prosperity Index (2015)". The comprehensive index of small and micro enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta in 2015 was 95.75, which was in the middle of the "weak recession" interval. However, in the industry prosperity index, the comprehensive prosperity index of modern service industry and strategic emerging industries are better than the overall annual level, indicating that under the background of supply-side reform, there has been a certain turnaround in the industrial transformation and upgrading of small and micro enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta. It has laid a solid foundation for future economic development.

The annual report data shows that in 2015, the comprehensive prosperity indexes of strategic emerging industries, modern service industries, traditional manufacturing industries and traditional service industries among small and micro enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta were 98.72, 101.90, 91.63 and 94.27, respectively. Among them, the modern service industry is in the "micro-prosperity" interval, which has become a bright spot in the economic downturn.
